If you receive an item damaged, you must contact Sapphire's Sparkle Jewelry within 2 days of receiving your order. Item must be returned to Sapphire's Sparkle Jewelry. Once item is received, you will be sent a replacement item if available. If item is not available, you will receive a store credit.

Once a tracking number has been provided of your order, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items. Tracking confirms the responsibility of Sapphire's Sparkle Jewelry delivering your item as promised, and thereafter falls on the post office.
